Shannon brings over a decade of experience in senior care, beginning her journey in 2013 with a commitment to finding the ideal living arrangements for seniors. With a comprehensive understanding of the spectrum of care, encompassing skilled nursing and assisted living, she possesses valuable insights into optimizing residents’ quality of life. Shannon’s transition to memory care settings has further deepened her dedication, reflected in her active involvement as a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association. Beyond her professional pursuits, Shannon finds joy in her role as a mother to three boys and relishes adventures to Disney World, alongside cherished moments with her 9-month-old Great Dane puppy.
Bill has served as an Executive Director in Senior Living for the past 14 years, including seven years leading Meadow Mills of Hamden, a community specializing in care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related conditions. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator through Connecticut’s Department of Public Health and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fordham University, as well as a Post-Master’s Degree in Long-Term Care Administration from the University of Connecticut. Bill currently resides in West Haven, CT.
